  1. How would you define successfully selling your house? I would agree with you and accomplishing that requires Great merchandising Marketing that reaches the entire market A name that buyers know and trust An understanding of the market An agent that fulfills the promise When that happens you have the greatest chance for success. DOES THAT MAKE SENSE TO YOU?
  2. EDGE photography is designed to make your house stand out in the crowd. When we employ the EDGE we use special equipment called OSMO to create a stabilized video of your house. This video is then loaded onto every website that will accept a video. Why would we do this? Because both buyers and websites like video. Websites frequently give video preferential placement Buyers are more likely to view a property that has video than one that does not Buyers are more likely to call on a property that has video OR Additionally, I use a drone To take interesting and flattering images of your house OR To create an entire aerial presentation of your house that will make your house stand out from others and attract even more buyer attention.
  3. Lets start with the images on the internet. Some agents take their own photographs, some have a relative or a friend who they pay to take photographs but there are two issues with this. What is the quality of the image What is done to enhance it before it is distributed. As I said earlier, at CBV we have 4 fulltime professional photographers who are our employees. The above two photos are of the same rooms in the same house. The ones on the left were put on the internet by the agency that did not sell the house. The ones on the right were taken by our photographers when we listed the house after the last agency did not sell it. We sold the house. Do you see the difference? Im sure you understand my point, right? There is lots of competition for buyers, why would you use a company or an agent that doesn’t invest in presenting your house in the best light?
