Ask attendees to talk to each other in pairs about the question on the screen. Only one catch – you are not allow to ask your partner any questions!
Give people 1-2 minutes. Then ask how comfortable or uncomfortable that was. Most people find it uncomfortable and hard to have a conversation with out asking questions, as it just leads to a lot of one-way statements. Then say "So why are people so often just making statements on enterprise social networks?" We need to ace diffferently if we want to have proper conversations online...like the ones we'd normally have face-to-face.
