1. R&D automated dispenser m/c :-
this is fully automatic and gives dyes as we
required and we send in put to the m/c it has many pots and use full for talking
different dyes and colour of different medium as me required

Spectrophotometer is a machine which detects the colour
ingredients in the sample of fibre or fabric and gives us near amount of colour which
are in sample and also idea about the colour by the application of ccm
4. 3. Loundrometer
loundrometer is which used for testing of washing fastness of different
type of yarn like
polyester
nylon
wool
cotton
acrylic
acetate
4. Hang JIE (rewinder m/c )
this is used for rewind the package for
dyeing sample
5. HOT AND WET ROOM
5. Hang JIE (washing m/c)
this is used for washing the dyeing pot after the dyeing of
sample and also cooled the pot
6. Hang JIE (dyeing m/c )
this is used for dyeing the sample by using the metal ball for
the genereting the pressure and it has a heater which heat the dye pot for two hours .
7. loundrometr-2
this is also use full for the test of washing fastness of material as given
abov and it is different a little bit from first one because in this tempreture will be 45+_2
where as in first one has 60+_2 degree centigrat
8. Oven -1
this is used for burn out the water and wetting from the package

6. 9. Sample dyeing (AHIBA-01-02)
this is used for dyeing
the sample of all type may be nylon ,polyester ,catlon etc. polyester dyed at
135 c ,nylon 105c and catlon at 120c

dispersability of disperse dye by filter test
OTHER DYEING M/C:-
11. IR M/C-1
this is dyeing m/c which is used for dyeing and has 6 pot and
gr and used only for nylon
7. 12. IR M/C 2:-
THIS is also use full for dyeing and has 12 pot and of
capacity of pot 5 gm and used for both nylon and polyester dyeing
13.IR M/C 3:-
This dyeing m/c is also used full for both
of yarn and have capacity of 12 pot and 5 gm
14. IR M/C4 :-
THIS is also useful for both type of dyeing and
capacity 12pot and of 5 gram and in this machin we can dyed both
of yarn and and in both form like hank and package
15.IRM/C 5:-
this m/c has 5 pot and and each have 5 gram and this
usefull for only nylon in hank form
8. 16.IR M/C 6:-
THIs m/c has 18 pot and used for nylon and polyester in both the form
hank and package
17. IR M/C7:-
THIS M/C CAN DYE only the nylon fibre and has 24 pot of 5gram

10. SHADE MATCH OF SAMPLE :-
* first we take the sample which party required shade and then go to the spectrophotometer for
finding some ingredients of colour and it gives us name of mixing colour and also some a
mount of dyes which are found in given sample
* now we go for sampling of material as party required
polyester
nylon (and as required denier ,filament,
ply, TPM) etc.
now I am going for taking a polyester sample which has fallowing specifications
1. denier 150
2. twist 0
3. wt of sample 3.294gm
4. yarn type polyester
* chemicals :-
1. 1gpl acid
2. 1gpl levelling
3. 1 gpl dispersing agent
11. Dyes /colour :- Requird color
0.310 yellow brown 2RSL -- 1.02114
0.101 red 3 BLS -- .3327
0.315 navy blue 3G -- 1.0376
PROCEDURE :-
** now first we prepare the standard solution of 1 ml and measure the pH of the solution which
is required 4 and now we proceed further
** now we required 1:10 ratio of material to liquire on adding the ml of dyes
** now we are closing the tumbler and putting it in infrared dyeing m/c and set the program and it proceed
further
** IR m/c runs for nearly two hours and after it we talk out from the m/c and washed it and after drying it we
match the shade
** if shade is not match then we see the colour which is more or less in the shade which we dyed and if shade
is ok then good if shade is not ok then we go further proceed .
12. ADDITION –1
** IN MY sample shad is not ok then I am further proceeding and details is given bellow
wt. of sample – 4.617 gm (this is same fibre as given abov )

0.310 Y Brown 2RSl
0.101 Red 3BLS
0.315 navy Blue – this we take 10% less because blue was more for shade match
now further proceeding and adding the water with acidic medium pH 4 and same process as above and
** if now shade match then we stop other wise further until shade will not match
