Assembly Department Responsibilities;
Build 9.5 and 10.5 third member for front and rear axles for General Motors.
Place Carrier onto conveyor, check component for defects,print correct label for daily production
schedule.
Operator Conveyor when necessary to pull back pallet if bolts or other parts gets stuck in
conveyor, properly lock out machine, to correct torqueing problems and short troubleshoot if
necessary.
Operator Fanuc robotics reset if necessary to change over production to assemble different parts
or to trouble shoot robots to reboot.
Operate CNC Lathe Machine, use company tools to change plate for cutting raw material to make
sure components get ready for assembly process.

Report any malfunction to skilled maintenance for repair.
Clean lunchrooms; clean tables, chairs, trash receptacles,water fountains, and vending machines.
Sweep and Mop daily.
Empty trash cans on plant floors, wipe and clean machinery, pick up gloves place in recycle bin.
Pick parts up off plant floor.
Operator floor scrubber to clean walk ways and large area.
Empty scrubber to prevent clogging.
Operate Trash Bin for compact and pick up.
Blood Borne Certified, Trained to clean up bodily fluids due to injuries or illness. Label Mop and
Waste properly with Biohazard stickers. Wear proper gear, eye wear and gloves.
