4. INDEX INVESTING
 The investment objectives of the Genuine USA Index Program is an
actively traded Managed CTA Investment focused on the major stock
market indices of the United States, particularly the S&P 500 and the
NASDAQ 100 index;
 The manager will focus his trading activities toward the stock market
indices in an actively traded managed account program utilizing the
futures exchanges for both futures and covered call writing. The
portfolio manager believes superior returns can be achieved by
utilizing both long and short positions thereby benefiting in either bull
or bear markets;
 Inception was January 2, 2010. The Genuine USA Index Program is
offered as a managed account for greater investor transparency.
There is no residency restrictions for investors and the Program is
open to both USA and non-USA investors who qualify as Qualified
Exempt Persons ("QEP");

 The investment hold period averages from 3 to 5 weeks. The manager
utilizes a trend following system of momentum based trading using
technical analysis to determine its entry and closing positions;
 margin to equity has been averaging 15%;
