ensure compliance with the EU’s GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and ePrivacy
regulatory changes, effective May 25, 2018.
We have always been sensitive to customer data. We have taken all the necessary actions to
ensure customer data compliance before 25th of May 2018. Our strategy will safeguard our clients’
Personally Identifiable Information (PII)/ Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) and that of their
customers & prospects.
As a Data Processor, we process data of EU and UK residents for EU, UK and US registered
companies (as part of its client requirements). We will continue to adhere to data security and
privacy at every step of data management, data accuracy, data retention & disposal, data transfer,
data profiling, data sourcing and consent or opt-in.
Our GDPR data protection principles are mandated by the regulation – i.e. (EU) 2016/679 of the
European Parliament and the Council published April 27, 2016.
