Through consultation processes there are many opportunities to reach higher potentials ahead of the competition once the plan and methods are in place.
Before we can go any further please let me introduce myself. I am Barbara Howard, a Doctoral Student, currently in my second year and fulfilling a passion to assist others utilizing social media. I seek organizations looking to enhance their current operations by looking at the positives in order to fulfill the seemingly impossible. A sound vision requires one to instill new operational goals from stable practices as they seek new methods that will stimulate the possibilities for change through a positive outcome within any organization.
The prior industries I’ve worked with helped me to fully gain the required understanding of similarities in management, leadership and obtaining good morale within all employees. Having a broad background allows concepts, ideas and possibilities to help lead organizations regardless of their specialties into possibilities that can keep up with technology in a growing marketplace. The global community is becoming one that relies on each other so why not collaborate with our global neighbors to continue to learn, grow and prosper? My background helps in many fields such as management, marketing, administrative duties, education, contracts and appropriate structure of restrictions and protocol to deliver quality to any industry requiring support.
Previous academic journeys from experience, research and requirements have built knowledge that is worthy to add to the body of knowledge, as I currently pursue a terminal degree in Emerging Media and help bring organizations the newest in technological advances. It is a world of opportunities with modern cellular devices so “smart” they can communicate with very little effort of the master controller. For some it is disturbing while others who have grown up with it wonder why it can’t do more. Why not be a part of those innovative thinkers trying to make it do more and enhance operations within your business to continue with the advances as you stay ahead of the competition and continually grow in opportunities for business objectives?
Prior employment built upon a solid foundation helps to structure ideas of past to future improvements while remembering the failures and successes to enhance business operations. Commitment and dedication to major organizations helped to form my professional behavior while transforming my understanding into future possibilities that I wish to share and continue to help others grow from these discoveries.
Networking and allowing employees to work within personal groups, online groups and even seeking outside assistance can increase new possibilities while restructuring new strategies. The opportunities are endless once each organization can begin to communicate, collaborate and pursue a stronger commitment by working smarter.

Good planning and organizational skill is not always found from within but outside through the use of another lens.
