provide opportunities. Shoreman then provided the recruitment services
to support those opportunities. [Eg delivered a $250m project in KSA for a
UK Defence client to deliver]

Graham has over 20 years experience as a senior director within
Contracting, Aerospace and Defence, primarily as a business leader and
has led many initiatives from Strategy Development, Business Growth,
Business Delivery and Transformation.
As well as transformation and leadership skills Graham has technical
skills in Finance, Commercial, Project Management, Supply Chain and
Aircraft Support.
Graham is a qualifies accountant [FCCA] and holds an MBA.
Graham has delivered over £2bn of profitable business growth, including:
• As a Board Member, led the growth strategy for a Joint Venture, in MoD Service
Contracting, that grew turnover by 275% to £50m pa in 3 years
• As the Joint SRO developed, implemented and delivered a new MoD transformation
programme that delivered centralised services for Aircraft Electronic and Mechanical
parts and systems that delivered £150m of growth to industry and £44m of savings to the
MoD.
• As Bid Director working in partnership with a US Multinational, using knowledge from
UK Contracting for Availability Contracts, won a £100m package that provide 20% savings
and 86% availability to the RAF for a scarce RAF Asset
• Has won aircraft sales [UK and Export] and Training PFI’s, delivered major aircraft
support programmes, Offset & Industrialisation and run two companies.
