                                          •   What is our plan to succeed (corporate and
                                              business unit)?
                                          •   What financial goals must we achieve to
                                              succeed?
                                          •   What values inform our strategy?
  2. “How should we execute our           •   What success factors are necessary for

                                              customer and employee capabilities)?
                                          •   How do these success factors link to our
                                              financial goals?
