This document outlines the transition of the MCP project from its pilot phase to a continuity phase. It describes Phase II which will focus on brokering experiences and knowledge through the MCPBroker.org platform. This phase will also involve putting culture at the heart of public debate and decision making through a trial partnership with Culture Action Europe, including free membership and participation in events. The overall goal is to build on the progress of the MCP pilot and advance the project into a Phase II continuity period.
