2. We aim to be a major player within the developed markets we serve. This will be achieved through continual investment in
self-adhesive material production as well as our chemical manufacturing facilities. We have expanded our product range and made
considerable progress in regards to quality with the objective of solidifying our presence within our chosen markets.
The advancements made in respect to self-adhesive materials are not only on a local, but also on a global scale. We believe that the
developments and investments made to date allow us to reach the whole global market place rapidly with our full product range.
Further investment in the company strategy will see this develop even more during the period 2016-2023 with huge investments
planned for that period. We are planning to apply our expertise in our production; craſted in Europe within the last five years, to the
United States. This would lead us to becoming a major player in that geographical region.
In the last few years, we have made considerable improvements to our chemical factory. We are striving to be an important player in
the ink and adhesive product areas as well as print and furniture industries. The utilization of our 4,000-ton capacity state-of-the art
UV ink production plant and 10,000-ton capacity adhesive facility should enable this to happen. One of our latest major investments
is in the production and sales of press-ready PVC digital media material. We aim to become a major player in this field with product
that carries the Frimpeks brand.
Our strategic planning period 2016 to 2023 will see many other investments that will continue to grow the Frimpeks brand across the
globe. In times of difficult global economic conditions Frimpeks will continue to invest heavily in its infrastructure and people and
continue with our strict policy of offering high quality at good value to ensure we continue to be a major player in the markets in which
we operate.

4. Frimpeks was founded in 1988 as a family owned company,
focused on the supply of raw materials to the printing and construction industries.
As the Turkish business developed and grew, we decided to expand our production
capabilities with the establishment of a chemical plant for UV Varnishes. This was opened in 2006.
Following the inauguration of our plant, we have seen a rapid growth in the manufacturing of converting materials leading
us to be an important brand in the region.
We have opened several distribution centers in Germany, Southern Russia, the US and the UK. An efficient and professional
sales force has been recruited to enable us to expand our sales in these regions as a part of our growth strategy.
We have made substantial investments aimed at increasing overall efficiency and competitiveness especially aſter the
commodity boom of 2008. We have established our North American and European sales network with the addition of a
professional and knowledgeable customer service team.
Health, Safety and the Environment are our main focus as a promise to our employees and communities to create a better
working environment with lower VOC emissions.

5. Frimpeks is founded in 1988 where rapid growth possibilities

Frimpeks was focused on trade activities on various tapes and
labelstock products
A chemical plant with a 1000 ton capacity was opened
enabling Frimpeks to present itself as a major player in the
global market for coatings.
We predicted a rapid growth of the Wood Coating business
and established a facility capable of 7000-tons within the
existing plant.
Aſter our experience in trading, we began manufacturing label
laminates from a second factory with a capacity of 80 Million
square meters per year.
Aſter a successful Label Expo show, we started our export
activities for label laminates. We started exporting to over 20
countries within the first year.
Opened a new state-of-the-art factory with a capacity of
10.000 ton of UV Coatings and 25.000 tons of Wood
Coating production capacity.
Opened our first distribution center in Remscheid, Germany
as part of our Eurpoean expansion plan.
We have inaugurated a facility featuring a slitting service and
varnish production. Our intention of becoming a global player in
our market is already apparent.
We opened our third DC in Krasnodar offering short lead-times and
rapid delivery within southern Russia in order to gain a logistical
advantage.
We have made a major investment of 5M Euro in a 4000-ton UV
ink facility to fulfil the needs of this expanding market.
Investment in a water-based adhesive production plant with a
12.000-ton capacity to further expand our portfolio.
We have streamed up our new business line for the Digital media
Market. Production and distribution channels have been estab-
lished with Frimpeks branded product.
We have implemented SAP ERP system to integrate our facility and
boost our customer service and production efficiency.
Our new hotmelt coating line with the capacity to produce tapes
and label laminates begins production.
To expand our acrylic laminates production through Western
Europe we have acquired the label laminate division of Tenza UK. A
coating and slitting capacity of 60million m2 is now available from
the UK plant.
We have doubled our Hotmelt and Acrylic Capacity in Istanbul plant.
