The foundation of the company was led by an experienced team that has
been dealing with carbon black during all the professional part of life. We
have started selling Russian carbon black beginning from 1994. Goods were
exported to EU countries, Serbia, Ethiopia etc.
In 2004 the company PanaSystem Handels GmbH was established to provide
service to clients in the EU. The company has become the official
representative of Carbon Black produced by Yaroslavskiy Tekhnicheskiy
Uglerod (Russia) with the head quarter in Vienna, Austria.
Since the middle of 2009 PanaSystem Handels GmbH had offered a carbon
black delivery first for west Germany regions and beginning from the end of
2009 for the whole EU region.
By 2011 sales of PanaSystem GmbH had achieved 48,000 Mt of carbon black
per year and annual sale in 2014 grown up to 56,000 Mt of carbon black.
Today, PanaSystem Handels GmbH is an established and already well known
company in respective branch, with an excellent track record for the best
customer satisfaction. The company sells carbon black to 18 EU countries,
Serbia, Turkey and the USA and is proud of being a trustful partner to the
leading world-known companies in rubber and plastic industries all over the
world for the past ten years.

For the moment, our company maintains actively distribution facilities in the USA in order
to be able to provide American clients with the advanced services. We have arranged two
warehouses with handling material facilities in Statesville, NC and Cleveland, OH allowing
us to keep large safe stock of material. Elaborate supply chain includes container overseas
shipping, warehousing distribution, material handling, decanting and door-delivery to the
clients.
PanaSystem Handels GmbH has a technology which permits us to arrange decanting in
any appropriate warehouse. The technology guarantees fast, ecological (dust free) and
cheap decanting of carbon black.
Today, we use five european warehouses in Slovakia, Germany, France, Netherlands,
Greece and warehouse facilities in the USA and are able to store more than 5000 Mt of
our product in order to provide our clients with safety stock and just in time
deliveries. The variety of our packaging includes Big-Bags i.e. Super-Sacks (up to 1
Mt/2200 lbs), small bags (25kg/55 lbs) and in bulk (20 Mt/ 44'-silo trucks).
6. Expansion
At present time our major goal is to increase our deliveries to North
America, the USA, but also to Mexico and develop further business
with existing clients. Having proceeded successful negotiations with
several large companies in the USA concerning cooperation in 2015,
we got a basis for a good forecast for the future. We hope to achieve
annual sales at 84,000 MT in the next years due to universal solutions
and high standard services to American and Canadian clients.

YAROSLAVSKIY TEKHNICHESKIY UGLEROD
The company was established in 1960 and has been functioning
successfully over 50 years improving and modifying its
manufacturing processes each 4 years. 1994 the production of
carbon black grades according to ASTM was opened. In the course
of time Yaroslavskiy Tekhnicheskiy Uglerod went through the
gradual modernization and development: establishing of own
mixing manufacture, modernization of reactors and major overhaul
of all process flows, implementing PLC-based control system and
multy-channel reactors for production of tread carbon balck,
modernisation of waste treatment and packaging equipment, ISO
certification and ASTM D24 Membership.
Nowadays JSC „YTU“ is the largest carbon black producer in Russia
and in the world at a single location. It accounts 1008 people of
personnel and 306 of them with University degree. Manufacture
consists of 10 flows with the production capacity of 350 000
Mt/year. The assortment of goods includes 19 grades of ASTM
standard and special grades.

9. Technology and R&D
JSC Yaroslavskiy Tekhnicheskiy Uglerod pays great attention to the
quality of the products, production management and control
systems. It has own researching laboratory where all the quality
standards are tracked and maintained:
Research and exclusion of PAHs content in carbon black
Research and reduction of impurities
Improvement of the pellet size distribution
The plant has developed its own „know-how“ technology using
multi-channel reactor for production of tread grades of carbon
black.
