discussion, the tour is organized.

Facility management.
We are ready to support the Company expatriates
with complex support:
• solving of all the issues, questions re the
apartment operation during the tenants stay;
• coordination of all the works related to utilities
payment and submissions of the necessary
reports to Company;
• providing tenants with 24*7 help (English
speaking operator);
• cleaning services or some additional services
(i.e. ironing) on regular basis in accordance to
the schedule, which tenant would like to have,
based on additional arrangements per case.
• small repairs that might be required in the
apartment during the whole tenant’s stay
Registration support.
We will be in contact with Company to receive the
necessary papers and with the landlord of the
apartment and then apply those to state authorities
for registration.

leads to strong negotiation power of landlords. They
take this opportunity to put demands of advance
payment or insurance deposit, try to make lessee
cover all the utilities instead of cover only those
utilities that depend on the level of his consumption .

Cross boarder moving: · Advising and executing of the packaging; · Managing of the whole process with cross boarder moving; · Moving in the stuff when the apartment/ house is available. Welcome tour and setting in: · Provisions regarding residential area: near-by shops and malls, banks, medical institutions etc.; · Survey of schools or kindergartens (assessment and overview of options); · Car leasing; · Support in home staff hiring. Immigration services: · Legal employment permission and Registration of Temporary Residence; · Temporary residence permit/extending of the Residence Permit; · Obtaining of the identification code and bank account opening; · Insurance policy paper work and obtaining the Certificate of no conviction.

We are ready to support the Company expatriates with complex support: • solving of all the issues, questions re the apartment operation during the tenants stay; • coordination of all the works related to utilities payment and submissions of the necessary reports to Company; • providing tenants with 24*7 help (English speaking operator); • cleaning services or some additional services (i.e. ironing) on regular basis in accordance to the schedule, which tenant would like to have, based on additional arrangements per case. • small repairs that might be required in the apartment during the whole tenant’s stay Registration support. Our approach Different business culture of the LL Such normal demands as registration, non-cash payments are not far always suitable for some landlords. Professional approach and high business culture of our managers allows to provide affective negotiations with LL. ‘Landlord power’ The offer of quality apartments in new residential buildings with prime location is rather limited. That leads to strong negotiation power of landlords. They take this opportunity to put demands of advance payment or insurance deposit, try to make lessee cover all the utilities instead of cover only those utilities that depend on the level of his consumption . We have high motivation to serve to our existing as well as to the new client, and as experienced team of consultants, we are able to negotiate the best possible terms of conditions for our clients. Different requirements Different departments within the company and having completely different requirements from each of them. We do our best to leverage and find compromises.
