Frank Lloyd Wright was born in 1867 in Wisconsin to William and Anna Lloyd Jones Wright. His mother wanted him to become an architect from a young age. After his father left when he was a teenager, Wright took drafting classes and began working for architects in Chicago. Some of Wright's most famous works include Fallingwater house built in 1936 near Pennsylvania and the Guggenheim Museum in New York, known for its distinctive spiral design. Frank Lloyd Wright is considered one of the greatest architects in the world.
