• Please ensure your club reports for the
preceding month are reached to the District
Office before 7th of next month .
• Ensure that a forwarding letter on club
letterhead is attached mentioning the details
like Month for which report is sent.

5. Monthly Financial Account Statements (Administration &
Activities) shall be submitted with report.

6. For sending activities report kindlly ensure following
documents are attached to validate your activity.

7. Action Photographs shall be attached. The Club
Banner shall be prominently visible in photograph

8. A certificate from institution or
civic body or any other
authority shall be attached in
original with all the details like
Nature of Activity, Number of
Beneficiary etc. If all of above is
difficult to obtain than try to
involve District Cabinet
Members like DS/DC/RC/ZC
(Other than Home Club
Member) and obtain duly
signed certificate from him /her.

9. News Paper
Clippings shall
be attached
in original
with News
Paper Name &
Date of
Publishing.

10. – If your activity is telecasted on local TV/Cable Network
kindlly obtain an appropriate certificate from the
Channel / Correspondent/ Journalist. Else a certificate
from Cabinet Members (Other than Home Club Member
) shall be attached.
– Sending reports by E-mail will not be considered for
evaluation. Still you can send photographs & other
details for Lions Update by E-mail

– Copies of the entire reports shall be sent to Region
Chairperson & Zone Chairperson .

14. • We will take in to consideration other aspects regarding
point allocation, Joint Activities by clubs etc. only after the
contest rules are approved by the district cabinet. We will
be available at Lions Bhavan on specific days of the month
to answer all the queries on reports . The same will be
communicated to you in due course of time.
• Due diligence will be maintained in the fair evaluation of
the clubs. It all depends on your co-operation in sending
proper reports on time along with all the necessary papers
as mentioned here.
