1) FIrstly, -C2H3O2, and -NO2 have resonance structures that help stablize the negative charge,
so they are pretty stable (weak base)
2) Comparing -F, -OCl, and -CN is a bit trickier, although the shortcut would just be to say that
having an extra electron on C leads to instablilty (making it reactive and basic). However, lets
look at the other two first. For -F, the atom is able to accomdate the extra electron with its space
and nuclear charge; for -OCl, the chlorine is quite electronegative and will help stabilize the
extra electron on the oxygen.
3) Out of all these structures, E) NH4CN would be the most basic.
Another \"shortcut\" would be to look up the pka of these structures. the HIGHER the pKa, the
more basic they are; and vice versa.
Note: SInce the concentration is the same, we only worry about the intrinsic properties of these

Linked list is another way of storing elements in memory.it is a collection of data items called nodes. each node is divided into two parts called data field and pointer field. data field contains the element and pointer field contains the address of the next node in the list. the pointer field of the last node contains null value.
it is a non-linear data structue. it doesn\'t require contiguous memory to store data in memory. it has dynamic memory of allocation. a linked list can grow or shrink in size during execution for its lifetime. the operations like insertion and deletion is easy to perform on linked list. because it stores data in non-contiguous memory location,so shifting of elements is not required.
