 E-commerce website
 It allows customers to find and rent the props that
they require.
 Software application that typically runs on the
computer where website is located(webserver),
and allows customers to do things such as
searching a prop ,adding the selected prop into the
cart, and placing order.

•This project provides the user to rent all kind of properties online.
•It contains many categories where users can view, select and rent the
props easily online
•It saves human power renting props in one go.
•Admin can maintain the sales of props regularly
•There is admin and user interaction via queries which helps the users
to make best choice.
•User can rent the props any long time.
•It provides the best platform to rent the instruments .
Disadvantages
•No bargain system is available in this online renting system.
•After order cancelation there is no return of money.

 It is a web-based system with the help of tools such as PHP,
HTML, JAVA Script, CSS, MY SQL
 It is easy to access for admins and customers to view orders
placed.
 User friendly.
 The User can view the complete specification of each product.
 In this application search is limited to string, Cannot do search by
photo and finger print.

31. Future Enhancement:
We are thinking of some modification and adding
some advanced new features in out system .Some of
them are:
 GUI modification.
 Add more feature in admin panel.
 User can signup/login using their social media
account such as Facebook.
 Allow local vendors to rent their props.
 Delivery System.
