Bread Buns
½ table spon of dry oregano
THE RUSSIAN SAUCE with AVOCADO
A medium sized
avocado
A carrot
A table spoon of Dijon Mustard
3 table spoos of lemon juice
A dry bay leaf
3 crocus threads
4 table spoons of
olive oil
And some dill
First,put lemon juice,bay leaf,dill and four table spoons of olive oil into the blender.
Second, add a few crocus threads diluted in one spoonful of
warm water and blend all of them.
Then put this mixture on to the fish fillets and pour the rest on them.
Refrigerate them for an hour.
First, peel the carrot and dice
it.Put some water into a pot and
boil diced carrots for 15 minutes.
Second, peel the
avocado and throw the
pip away.
Third,chop the avocado and put
them into the blender and add
a table spoon of dijon mustard.
Take the fish fillets out and
drain the lemon sauce into the
blender.
Finally,blend them until it
becomes a smooth mixture.Put
the mixture into a bowl and add
the boiled carrot.
Then preheat the oven at 180
degrees for 5 minutes and
bake the fish fillets for 15
minutes .Take them out from
the oven , reverse them ,
sprinkle some salt and black
pepper and put them into the
oven for ten minutes again.
If you like ,you can put
the bread buns on the
fillets for a while.

SERVING :
Put some Russian sauce
on to the bread buns
and then fish fillets.
Serve it with some green salad and pickle.
