COMMENTS / PROPOSALS:
Briefly reflect upon the
assessment, including ideas to
improve your employability skills
This assessed my skills during
the training sessions for porphyrin
synthesis. At this point I was very
new to some instrumentation and
equipment. This included the
biotage which was used for liquid
chromatography and the Schlenk
line which was used to provide a
nitrogen environment for certain
steps of the synthesis. I was very
new to this synthesis and found it
daunting at first. I was also
getting used to proper conduct in
the lab.
