Low Hanging Fruit Easy to accomplish Obvious winner  Gives you momentum
Dependencies   Timing First Things First Pending
King Log   Leverage makes a lot of things move forward Eases pressure Makes a lot of people happy
Extenuating circumstances   Medical emergencies Family Weather  Acts of God  Things you can’t anticipate
Urgent is immediate, has to do with time Important is what you value most highly Urgent vs. Important
