Schedule Change Forms available during lunch.
Schedules will only be changed for:
-incorrect placement
-not having the needed prerequisites.
Lost Schedule: available in Attendance,
Counselor’s, or AP Offices for first 3 days only.

have given you permission (no cell phones,
tablets, laptops, mp3/4 players).
Students will keep all electronics turned off and
all headphones will be out of sight.

be worked on as soon as you arrive.
BEFORE the bell!: Use the bathroom, sharpen
pencils, personal matters/errands, etc.
Emergency Bathroom use: 15/15 Rule! Leave
your phone and take the pass.
Turning in work: Each class has their own box.

require your cell phone as collateral.
Absence: Be responsible and take
ownership. Ask a fellow student for help.
Assignments: They are written on the board
with due dates and posted on the PIV web
page.
I will introduce other procedures as needed.

front of the class. Just leave your cell phone w/ me as collateral.
