  7. 7. <ul><li>I will comply with district uniform dress code; </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Wear pants, shirts, and shoes that fit appropriately; </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Have my shirt tail tucked in at all times; </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Wear only white or black shoelaces; </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Wear solid black, gray or white jackets/sweat shirts (No logos or hoods). </li></ul></ul>

  11. 11. <ul><li>How to Enter Your Classroom. </li></ul><ul><li>Walk into the classroom quietly; </li></ul><ul><li>Sit in their assigned seat; </li></ul><ul><li>Check the board for class bell work; </li></ul><ul><li>Check-in to the class website. </li></ul>
  12. 12. <ul><li>If You Arrive to Class Late. </li></ul><ul><li>Students walking in late will sign their name in Tardy notebook. </li></ul><ul><li>2 Tardies = 1 detention. </li></ul>
  13. 13. <ul><li>Students are not to leave the classroom the first 15 minutes of the period or the last 15 minutes of the period. </li></ul><ul><li>Student must ask teacher to go to the restroom. </li></ul><ul><li>Students must have a pass to go to the restroom. </li></ul><ul><li>Students must sign out before leaving the classroom. </li></ul><ul><li>( Date, Name, Period, Time Out, Time In ) </li></ul>
