After completion of fire fighting installations as approved and duly tested and certified by the licensed Fire Consultant / Architect, the Owner/ Builder of the building shall approach the Chief Fire Officer through the concerned Authority for obtaining clearance from fire safety and means of escape point of view. The concerned Authority shall ensure that clearance from Chief Fire Officer has been obtained for the building identified in clause 7.1 before granting the completion certificate.
