- Authentic love can turn things around. We are equipped to love. It’s in us. With God’s help we can build a civilization of love and a culture of life and beauty.

- Our primordial relationships were ruptured at the Fall. God and us, us within ourselves, male/female (family, and therefore society), all of Creation.

- Human beings may be made of mud, but they are not called to stay there. They are called to the heights and delights of eternity in heaven with God as the bride at the wedding feast. Human beings rightly rebel against death.
- While we are alive, we can always change. We can change greatly. God is the God of second chances.
- We are accountable to history. We are accountable to the future. Both individually and collectively. We need to understand our own times and act.
- As Christopher West says: “We have forgotten who we are.” If we don’t know who we are, we can’t possibly know where we’re going. Our primary task in life is to understand what it means to be human, to be male and female (two different ways to be a body created in the image of God). We need to discover and live our masculine and feminine identities in Christ. Men and women are not the same. Vive la difference!
- It’s feels so foolish not to know who we are, to have forgotten who we are. It’s OK. Baby steps. Theology of the Body.

- The Theology of the Body journey doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a life-long journey. A life-long conversion.

- Theology of the Body is the way forward. It’s the new Sexual Revolution. It’s a “Person”-al Revolution. “Can you hear the people sing….?”
