WEB PAGE IDEA THE PROJECT WILL FOCUS ON REDESIGNING MY WEBSITE THE GOAL IS TO CREATE A MORE PROFESSIONAL, ORGANIZED, AND USER FRIENDLY WEBSITE WHILE STILL MAINTAINING A HIGHLY VISUALLY APPEALING WEBSITE, SINCE THE VISUAL COMPONENT IS THE MAJORITY OF MY WORK I AM LOOKING TO SHOWCASE MY PHOTOGRAPHY SKILLS, WHILE ALSO SHOWCASING WRITTEN PIECES I HAVE DONE, VIDEO, AND AUDIO EDITING
- 3. The target audience would be potential employers. This is complicated as the dream potential job would be working with NGO’s internationally. I do not, however, want to exclude the option for non-NGO opportunities or simply opportunities based in the U.S. perhaps less focused on human rights and development focused work TARGET AUDIENCE

This will be the quickest most effective way to showcase my work and the type of work I am capable of producing Potential employers will want to assess whether my work is professional and valuable to their company and there is no better way to showcase this than through an online website that they can easily access SIGNIFICANCE OF MY PROJECT

I have a unique set of skills to offer and even more so a unique background in experience and travel that can set me apart from other potential photographers to hire My images and work are meant to be shown to as many people as possible as my goal always in my work is to tell the stories of other people. - 9. The most important component for my website should be my photography work, specifically organized by project. It will help to give the images context while not having to provide copious amounts of text While looking at other photojournalism websites, I noticed it is quite common to break down their photography work into categories such as Portraits, Singles, Etc., while also including their Projects separately. I also wanted to include a bio/resume section for potential employers to get to know me, include a contact page to make it easier for people to contact me, a section to showcase my video/audio editing skills, and lastly I want to include a section for the journalistic pieces I have written CONTENT - EXPLANATION

On the home page I would like to have a few images rotating through, so when you land on my website, you can immediately see 3-4 of my best images to help draw the viewer in to stay longer and explore On the multimedia page I would like to have my sound slides I have created available to be seen just by clicking play. I would also like to have several single images each embedded with an audio clip. The image will be a single image to represent the key person speaking in the audio recording INTERACTIVE FEATURES
- 11. Facebook * Facebook is medium which can reach many people. By sharing my new website with friends, it also has the potential to reach friends of friends, either through the news feed or even my friends re-posting the announcement to their news feed LinkedIn * My new website is intended to reach out to potential future employers, so LinkedIn would be a great way to reach a more professional grouping of people rather than Facebook, which can more often be friends Goal: 400 Sessions MARKETING
