 Project Description/summary: Operation and maintenance of the 3 GE
and 3 ALSTHOM FRAM 5 MS 5001P MARKII SPEED TRONIC and diesel
generator units in Sharm El Sheikh power plant.Started as the
operations engineer, promoted to operations manager and currently
hold the position of the section mechanical maintenance engineer
(section head).Involved in all levels of maintenance from
overhauling of engine to system integration, spares management
and ordering. The following were achieved in this period:
 carried out major maintenance (hot gas path inspection, floating
adjustment, bearing inspection and replacement, reduction gear
bearing replacement and run-out and drop check for generator
rotor, generator cleaning, main compressor cleaning and starting
diesel replacement for two gas turbine (GE4,6) in Sharm el sheikh
power plant.
 2010 transported and replaced GE turbine by ALSTHOM and
carried out its integration with GE Generator and adjusted the
ALSTHOM TURBIE and GE Generator on same foundation. Installed
new piping lines for cooling, lubricant systems.
 Planning and scheduling the man power & equipment to exiting
the work.
