Technology Integrated Lesson Plan Cell Savvy Supporting Science Concept Learning Allows simulating and modeling of scientific processes Provides opportunities to engage in problem-solving activities.
Technology Integration Strategy Cellsalive.com Interactive Presentations  with SmartBoard software. Accommodations Collaborative work emphasizes the ability for students  of various learning levels to learn from one another E.L.L  Gifted Students of disabilities
Lesson Overview 6 groups of about 4 students each. Each group is to be assigned a random “cell topic”: animal cell, plant cell, bacteria cell, mitosis, meiosis, and cell cycle.  Each group member are to either pair up or work individually on a computer as you navigate to the cellsalive.com website and read about their cell topic.
Lesson Overview Use SMART notebook on the specified topic to create a presentation on the SmartBoard.  The slides of the presentation are to have visuals and affects to create a sort of simulation for the class as though the groups are teachers.
