The document describes the process for designing a new font. The designer used font research to ensure their font was consistent with their artistic style. They created the font in Photoshop using an existing font from DaFont as a guide for letter shapes. Individual lines were drawn on each letter with a black line tool in Photoshop before joining the letters together.

2. My Font
 In order to make my font, I used all my font research to make sure it was in
keeping with my artist’s genre.
 I created it in Photoshop and used a base font from DaFont as a guide line for
the shapes of my letters.
 I then put my font image into Photoshop, removed the background so it was a
transparent file and turned it grey so I could see the line tool marks more
clearly.
 After that, I used a black line tool to draw individual lines on each letter
going on way then the other before I joined the two letter shapes together.
