The Business Leadership Program - Global Sales at LinkedIn is a 10-month rotational program that prepares associates for full-time sales development roles. Associates rotate through multiple business units, participating in monthly learning workshops on business skills and speaker series with senior leaders. Upon completing the program, associates have gained skills, opportunities, and relationships to build successful careers at LinkedIn and beyond. The program has welcomed 9 classes and over 150 associates to date.
