A long and cold winter full of deception, tragedy, sorcery and resentment is
quickly approaching upon Theuderic Abbey. Will they see through to spring?...
Synopsis
Raven Darwin, a student at Theuderic Abbey which is a few miles south from
London, plans to find out what exactly goes on beneath the depths of the
school. She is therefore thrilled when she interacts with another pupil, Cora
Oman, who becomes Raven’s best friend, confidant, right hand man, to
extract every minor detail, from every possible source.
A mandatory assembly is occurring in the central auditorium of the abbey,
this gives Raven and Cora the perfect chance to evaluate other students
amongst the crowd, to determine who they will bring onboard of their
surreptitious plan. They both leave the convention and make there way back
to their dorms to discuss characteristics of who grasped their attention and
put them into consideration.
Both Raven and Cora eventually recruited two people to execute their plan.
Mathias Merka age 19, portrayed mental and physical skills, which proved
him worthy of the orders and pressure that he is yet to face. Mrs Ashford the
school librarian, camouflages her darkened past by digging herself into her
schoolwork and helping students, but her previous battles make for the
perfect candidate, in revealing the unnerving truths of Theuderic Abbey and
who exactly is behind it all.
As the four begin to manoeuvre their arrangements, Mathias purposes that
they comprehend including his best friend Nicholas Elder due to the lack of
people engaging in their plans. However, Raven immediately has doubts
about Nicholas’s intentions and tries to convince Mathias otherwise.
Disregarding raven’s apprehensions, Mathias decides to incorporate Nicholas
and for a while Nick turns out to be useful by gathering up detailed
information, but it is unknown where exactly he is getting it from and seems

2. to become aggressive and unapproachable whenever anybody wants to
enquire about it.
A few weeks later, Cora goes on her usual morning run around 05:30am and
lets the early morning sun guide her through the school grounds, whilst
listening to her morning workout playlist through her headphones that are
covered in quotes from her favourite magazines, which made them uniquely
hers. Startled by a figure in the woods, Cora takes it upon herself to
investigate who or what is out this early dressed in such dark clothing,
keeping a close eye on the familiar physique. Cora follows the unknown
object down to the river, which admittedly looked utterly magical with the
dawn sun sprawling itself on the surface of the water, but she is quickly
snapped out from the majestic trance as she sees this man across the bank
staring at her and begins to scramble back the way she came trying to lose
whatever it is that is following her, feeling her headphones fall from her neck,
consumed by fear, Cora does not realise she has lost them. After an
unsettling morning, Cora safely finds her way back to her dorm only to
notice that her headphones are hung on the front of her door, with a note
that states ‘Maybe next time’.
