Fast Fill Systems manufactures pressureless fueling components from metal alloys instead of plastic for increased durability in all conditions. Their inlet valve has a 33% larger flow area than Shaw Development's direct mount valve, allowing for higher fueling flow rates and lower pressure drops. All of Fast Fill Systems' pressureless systems include a vent assembly that filters air entering the tank to 3 microns, preventing clogged filters and associated issues. They offer a variety of configurable pressureless system components to replace OEM parts on different equipment.

MATERIALS:
Fast Fill Systems manufactures all pressureless
components from metal alloys in place of the
plastic used in the Shaw Development system. This
increases the overall durability in all conditions and
temperatures and prevents cracking and failures
caused by extreme vibrations and temperatures. The
float in the vent/level control unit is diesel resistant
closed cell foam to ensure reliability.
FLOW RATE:
The free flow area of the Fast Fill Systems inlet
valve is much larger than that of the Shaw
direct mount valve. The Fast Fill Systems inlet
valve has a 33% larger flow area. This reduces
backpressure on the nozzle and allows for higher
flow rates and lower pressure drops across the system.
AIR FILTRATION:
All Fast Fill Systems Pressureless Systems are fitted with
our Filter Vent assembly. This ensures that only 3 microns
of filtered air enters the tank and that your filter media is
protected from fuel vapors and fluid. This prevents
clogged filters, which can lead to low power issues or
collapsed tanks.
Filters should be checked every 250 hours for air
flow to ensure they are clear and replaced every 500
hours.
