This document describes a project to use inexpensive Raspberry Pi cameras to view the integrity of sensing wires inside liquid argon time projection chambers (LArTPCs) after the detectors are moved. The cameras would be mounted throughout the detectors and connected to a web interface to check the wires for less than $60 total. The document outlines testing a Raspberry Pi camera in a cryogenic dewar to simulate the inside of an LArTPC and determine if it can still see broken wires at various distances with LED illumination. The results showed the broken wires could still be seen, demonstrating the potential for low-cost wire plane inspection with Raspberry Pi cameras.
