It's day 8 of my 31 days of Fearlessness Campaign. Today, I am talking about how to be fearless in your pursuit to connect to your spirit and your source or creator. Remember we are spirits in bodies and you don't want to neglect your spirit because you cater too much to your flesh.

1. FearlessSpirituality
Today I wantto talkto you aboutfearlessspirituality.MyBible verse comesfromJohn3:5-8whichtalks
aboutthe importance of beingbornagain,notof fleshbutof the Spiritandwater.Mankindare
obsessedwiththe flesh.Whenwe actoutin angeror harm anotherpersonphysicallywe are doingitin
the flesh.However,youcanharm anotherpersoninthe spiritas well.We are all spiritsbefore bodies
and that meanswhenaseedfromthe man fertilizesthe eggfroma womana spiritentersthatembryo
and a baby isformed.Andwhenwe die we all know thatourspiritleavesourbody.So,I know heavenis
full of spiritsfrombodiesthathave diedonthe planet.So,if we are spiritsfirstbefore bodiesthenthat
iswhat istrulyreal,right.Yes,it is.The spiritworldismore real thanthe physical worldbecause thatis
where Godbegan,where Godstartedand where we started.There are unseenthingsgoingonaround
us that we are notaware of. People talkendlesslyaboutexperiencestheyhave spiritually andthat
meansoutside of the flesh,the body.So,once again,if we are firstspiritsandif all of usare spiritsin
bodiesthenwhydowe hurt one another,whydowe judge one another,whydowe hate one another,
whydo we commitevil acts,whydo we harm ourselves?
I have a role playinggame frommy RacesUnitedprogramIlike toplaywithyouthcalledLightsOut.The
rulesare everyone isblindfoldedandlinedupoutsidethe doorof a room. Or, if anyone isskittishof
beingblindfoldedthenwe turnthe lightsouttomake the room dark.Thenthere are guidesthattake
the hand of the blindfoldedorguide the youthinthe darkto a sitacross fromsomeone else thattheydo
not know.Sotheydo notknowwhetherthe personsittingacrossfromthemisblackor white or

2. Mexicanor Asianor some otherrace,nor do theyknow if it ismale or female until theyheartheirvoice
and sometimesamancan have a feminine voice ora womancan have a masculine voice,theyalsodo
not knowtheirage,howmuchmoneytheyhave or make,whatkindof job theyhave,where theygrew
up,what theylooklike,if theyare tall orshort,fat or skinny.There isnoknowledge of anythinguntil
theyask.Theyare toldto take turns talkingaboutsomethingtheyloveorsomethingthey are goodat.
The purpose of thisexercise istorememberthatitdoesn’tmatterwhoyouare talkingto,it’slike you
are talkingtotheirspirit.Youcan’t see theirbodyandwhenthe lightsgoout we all lookthe same,like
dark shadows.Soif we can rememberthiswhenwe encounteranotherpersononthe planet,we will
treat people withnothingbutrespectanddignityandfairnesswiththatknowledge thattheyare firsta
spiritlike youare.Thishelpspeopleletgoof theirracistopinionsanddiscriminationof others.When
youhear somethingsomeone saysaboutwhattheylove or somethingtheyare goodatyou justlistento
whattheysay, youcan’t judge whatyousee because youcan’t see anything.
Andso it isthe same withthe spirit.We each have a spiritinside of ourbodiesandthatspiritisachingto
connectto itshighersource,whichisGod. Soif we neglectourspiritthenwe are neglectingourtrue
nature,our true self anddeprivingourselvesof thatprofoundspiritualconnectionwithGod.I wasraised
inchurch since I was a babyand I have had my share of spiritual experiencesthatishow Iknow God is
real.I letgo of my flesh,mybodyat timestoconnectto my spiritandit isan amazingfeeling.It’sbetter
than drugsor alcohol because youcan alteryourmindwhenyouconnectto spiritandyou don’twake
up witha hangoverthatincludesaheadache andvomiting.Youwake upor youcome back to your
surroundingswithapeaceful andserene feelinglikeyoujustwentsomewhere outof yourbodyandyou
totallywantto go there again.It’san amazingfeelingandpeople take drugstofeel thisandyoudon’t
needdrugs.It’srightthere for you.One caveat,spiritualityisnotthe same as religion.Religionisman-
made rulesandregulationstocontrol yourbehaviorandactions.SpiritualityiswhatGodis made upof
and that isyour true connectiontoyoursource or creator.
So I encourage youto practice fearlessspiritualityonadailybasis.Don’tbe afraidto laydownon your
bedor on the floorand clothesyoureyesandcry out to God or pray andpraise God so ferventlythat
youhave an out of bodyexperience.Itmaysounda little scarybut it’sthe mostamazingfeelinginthe
worldbecause itismore real than the flesh.Thatiswhy the Bible saysdonot feedyourfleshordoyour
bestto not live byyourfleshlydesireswhichisthe source of sin.If youconnectto your spiritdailyyou
can live spiritually,holyandpure before Godandyouwill be a more happierandpeaceful person.Ialso
encourage youto start a meditationpractice eitherwithaguidedvoice leadingyouaserene spiritual
place or use soothingmusictotake youto anotherplace absentof yourphysical bodyor surroundings.
There are a ton of apps youcan put on yourphone or tabletto helpyoustartmeditating.Ittakes
practice but if youdon’tgive up I guarantee youwill wanttokeepdoingitbecause itfeelsgreatandit
keepsyougroundedandmindful andhelpsyouthinkonahigherlevel of consciousness.Mankind
mostlythinksona lowerlevel of consciousnessandthatiswhywe fightso much andhave so many
conflictsandgetconsumedwithjealousy. Youwon’tgetlostthere,sodon’tworryabout losingyour
mindand notcomingback to your physical body.Youhave to operate yourphysical bodyto thrive and
survive onthe planetbutI say doit by cateringtoyour spiritfirstsoyou don’thave to worryabouta
whole slewof madnessyouhave tostraightenoutbecause youcateredtoyourflesh.
Monks practice spiritualitydailyandall daylongandtheyfindtheydon’tneedall of the fancygadgets
and thingsof the worldbecause thatis the lifestyle theyhave chosenandtheyare happywiththat.
Many of us have businessesorchoose tohave familiesandsowe have to stay connectedtothe

3. modernizationof the world,butyoucanstill escape itall andconnectto spiritwhenyouhave free time
and youwill lesslikelybe greedyfortonsof money,youwon’twantto hoard,youwon’ttry to steal
somethingyousee thatsomeone else hasandyouwant,youwon’tinflictharmon otherpeople because
your feelingswere hurt,youwon’tpressandpushpeoples’buttonsbecause youare hurtyourself,and
youwon’tinflictharmon yourself becauseyouhave noself-esteemorsense of self-worth.Youcanfind
all youneedspirituallysoyoucan thrive physically,gently,modestly,gratefullyandpeacefully.Sogodo
some yoga,meditate whenyoucan,prayto your creator,praise and worshipyourcreator,singa song,
dance to your heart’scontent,laughoutloud,lendahelpinghand,getinspiredandencouragedata
church service,give tothe poorand needy,pamperyourself,andeatas healthyasyoucan. Thisis all
