The game Spoons involves players sitting around a table with cards dealt to each and spoons placed in the center. Players take turns drawing cards from a pile and either keeping or discarding their current card, with the discarded card passed left. The goal is to collect a set of four related cards, at which point a player grabs a spoon. When the first spoon is taken, all players race to grab the remaining spoons before being eliminated. The last player with cards wins.
