The largest cities in Greece are Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Heraklion and Larissa. There are many famous landmarks in Greece including the Parthenon in Athens, the White Tower in Thessaloniki, and the tomb of Philip II in Vergina. Some other notable landmarks are Ancient Olympia, where the first Olympic Games took place; and Delphi, the site of the ancient Oracle of Delphi and considered the center of the earth by the Greeks.
