As Boeing was assisting customers with new model introductions to ensure a safe and efficient
entry into service.
Final Approach, Inc was visiting suppliers and aircraft interior manufacturers prior to first delivery
to ensure our support is tailored to meet their unique requirements.
The support package includes:
Pre-Delivery Support:
Our team was guiding an Aircraft Supplier Manufacturers through preparations for Customer and /
or Boeing presentation / first article. Discussing unique seats, galleys requirements, often changed
specifications and guidelines, training needs, operations planning, implementing of new procedures
to improve quality and on time delivery.
Closely follow most of the sub-suppliers delivering vital parts to complete whole assembly.
Delivery Support:
We supported / provided / changed / improved if necessary delivery status, by concentrating on
critical shortages, provide a point of contact for initial Boeing / Customer concerns.
Testing, first article inspection by Boeing, Customer, FAA, also offer other instructions to ensure
that quality of delivered aircraft interior parts meet or exceed the standard expectations.
Continuous Service Support:
Our team oversees all operations throughout in process inspection, during and after interior
installation. Provided on-site technical, mechanical, IFE wiring support, consultation, and
communication within Boeing Customer and Supplier organizations.
Repairing / ordering, replacing, modifying airline interiors.
After delivery Support Program:
If necessary we will send our Support group to the customer site to provide customized operations
support. The visit typically includes replacement, modifications, repairing parts and whole
assemblies.
