GENERATION
The generation who was raised on everything Quick and
in motion.
They always look for the new trends.
If the idea is not applied immediately they let it go and
look for a new interesting idea.
WHY BIG COMPANIES ARE
SLOW ?!
All our attention is about the current year sales.
If there is an opportunity, we save it to the next year.
No good application of entrepreneurship thinking.
Slow appreciation of good ideas, as everyone is busy with
the work on hand.
bureaucracy of big organizations.
WHAT IS THE DRAWBACKS ?!
Employees are not motivated.
Learn to work as needed only.
Lake of sharing ideas as they are not heard.
If the Need of achievement is not fulfilled they will try to
look only for promotion to be fulfilled.
SOME HIDDEN REASONS
Older generation look at the younger generation as lack
of experience.
They want them to have the same path of career as they
did.
They tend to stop or block the idea if simple, for two
reasons, first it’s not the same system they are used to,
second less creativity.
SOLUTION
Applying simple entrepreneurship ideas in our
organization.
Special incentives and customized tasks.
Fast actions with less paper work and approvals.
AT THE END
Big companies are slow.
Slow company is a dyeing one.
Don’t be afraid to change it.
