3. Food & beverage comes the
second place for the growth of
the hotel industry. There are
different aspects that comes
under this field such as ; outlets,
cooking methods arrangements,
menu card theme presentation
food & beverages.
4. For the assignment, I visited
two outlets. These are the
follows:
1.Chingari restaurant
2.coffee cafe
5. This is a very special Indian restaurant & it is
very suitable for people from India, Pakistan
& Bengal.
Chingari in India means the spark, that is
hope to get the spark through exchanging
you. This Indian restaurant serves the
cuisine for Indian people. The boss,
kitcheners, and servants are all from India.
Although the decoration is a little bit old-
fashioned, it is full of mystery. It is food like
roasted chicken, curry and stir-fried rice is
very good.
6. This restaurant has developed a reputation for
serving Indian food full of spicy kick. Regulars
love their butter chicken and veggie Samosa's.
The large dining room can feel empty at
lunchtime, but livens up in the evenings when its
chock-a-block with feasting Indian s and pretty
dancing girls.
The taste of mango yoghurt is a little bit strange,
and it is more delicious if you drink more. It is
relatively expensive, 25RMB. The appetizer, oiled
and fried vegetable is also famous. Rice in Indian
restaurant is very generous. Indian people prefer
to hold rice in platter in order to facilitate eating
in hand, exactly in right hand. At weekend, there
is often holding the Indian dancing performance.
