United Dominion Realty Trust- Assistant Property Manager of Woodscape Apartments- Provided
customer service support to clients who rented apartment homes. Completed and updated leasing
contracts to accommodate both civilian and military renters. Primary responsibilities included
collecting payments, participating in marketing events to highlight the property, and serving as the
property’s liaison to the courts related to delinquent payments and evictions. (2002- 2005)

2. School Implementation Team Member— School Implementation Team Members were chosen to
help their home schools formulate an effective plan of instruction. The team was responsible for
analyzing data to determine instructional practices that would increase rigor and engagement, and
enhance student learning. Individually and collaboratively activities were created based on data
and specific needs and then shared with teachers during faculty meetings and professional
