5. Spatial Flow Rich spatial flow is a core value proposition of the design concept.
Open public space within the design is sculpted to offer an experience inspired by the drama of public space flow in traditional Arab cities.
The sequence starts with the “front plaza”, continuing through the “majaz” transitional space, leading into the surprise of internal “souq”,
culminating in the open “saha”.
The sense of spatial flow is not limited to the horizontal experience, but carries through vertically in two ways: the composition of the “souq”
space onto a wider roof garden zone; the strong visual transparency linking the outdoor space of “souq” to the indoor space of the atrium.

Massing A composite massing scheme of multiple building blocks with variable heights provides the project with a sense of light and elegant presence, capturing
rich open space within the project, and avoiding the overpowering expression of a monolithic block.
The composite massing approach allows for a richer mass-void relationship across the project allowing open space, and natural light well into the inner
most parts of the project.
