Suggestfoodandbeveragestothe guestand alsotry to upsell.
Take foodand beverage ordersfromthe guestonthe order takingpadsor on the handheldPoint of sale
( POS) system.
Obtainingrevenues,issuingreceipts,acceptingpayments,returningthe change.
Performingbasiccleaningtasksasneededordirectedbysupervisor.
Fillinginforabsentstaff asneeded
Punchthe order on the POSmachine andmake sure to enterthe special requirementsmade bythe
guestwhile orderingthe food.Eg:NoGarlic, lessspicyetc,Withouteggetc.
Communicate tothe guestandprovide assistance withtheirqueries.
Co - ordinate withthe busperson,kitchenstaff,barstaff toensure smoothoperationandguest
satisfaction.
Serverfoodandbeverage tothe guestas per the course of order.
Observesguestsandensure theirsatisfactionwiththe foodandservice.
Promptlyrespondtoguestwithanyadditional request.
Maintainingproperdiningexperience,deliveringitems,fulfillingcustomerneeds,offering
dessertsanddrinks,removingcourses,replenishingutensils,refillingglasses.
Prepare mixeddrinksforservicetoyourcustomerstable.
Properlyopenandpourwine atthe tableside.
Adhere togroomingandappearance standardsconsistently.
Understandsandcan communicate productsandservicesavailableatthe resort.
Have some familiaritywithbasiccookingskills.
Assistbuspersonswithstockingandmaintainthe restaurantparstocklevelsandside station.
Help otherareas of the restaurantsuchas answeringtelephonesandcompletingfinancial transactions.
Printclosingreportanddrop the cash withthe frontoffice /accounts department.
Tallythe CreditCard settlementsforthe daywiththe batchclosingreportfromEDC machine.
Close the shiftonthe POSterminal.
