Comfort Zones: What happens when you step outside of them?Caroline Cummings
Most growth comes from stepping outside of your comfort zone - also known as pushing yourself to say more and be more. We find out what we're made of when we step outside of our comfort zones and into our bravery zones. What are you made of?
The common phrase go outside of your comfort zone only offers a temporary way to break old and form new habits. I have another suggestion on how to break away from the familiar and venture into new territory.
“The comfort zone is a behavioral state within which a person operates in an anxiety-free condition, using a small amount of energy to deliver a steady level of performance, usually without a sense of risk.”
Real life is outside of it and magic happens outside of your Comfort Zone
Examine your life goals. Will they require you to go outside your comfort zone? Or have you limited your goal-setting to things that you can do comfortably and safely?
Positive Thinking is about training the subconscious mind to deal with all the negativity that is around us. Our day to day performance depends greatly on how we perceive our environment and how positive are we in executing the job at hand. Our mental attitude delivers the desired result and even if the desired results do not come in our path our attitude to strive again and harder makes the result come our way. positive thinking is one step ahead in spirituality

If you've ever hit a brick wall when it comes to building confidence, I know the feeling. It feels like everyone has all this self belief about who they are, what they do, what they know - and even though you may know more, you don't have the confidence to back it up.
Regardless of whether you want more dates, more success in your career or business, or confidence with strangers, this guide will show you how to get it.
As a self help junkie, I had compiled years worth of research, and turned it into a single, convenient 30 day program.

Everyone from the age of 22 to 92 has felt the effects of high stress levels in their body, so if you’re a human being, Revitaa Pro could do you some good! Never in the history of medicine has a clinically and scientifically proven formula been created quite like this.
Mindfulness. It’s a pretty straightforward word. It suggests that the mind
is fully attending to what’s happening, to what you’re doing, to the space you’re
moving through. That might seem trivial, except for the annoying fact that we
so often veer from the matter at hand. Our mind takes flight, we lose touch with
our body, and pretty soon we’re engrossed in obsessive thoughts about something that just happened or fretting about the future. And that makes us anxious.

Reframing Your Thoughts
It truly is not what happened in your life that creates your story, it’s how you interpreted (or
framed) your experiences.
The Power of Interpretation (Perspective)
Your interpretation of events either empower you or disempower you. Even the worst
experiences of life, that feel like a curse, can be re-framed to find the silver lining or blessing
contained within them. It is the MEANING we attach to a situation that determines whether it
moves us forward or holds us back. The meaning also impacts the way we react and feel about
any circumstances.
Find the Silver Lining
For every seemingly negative circumstance in life, there either was (or could be) a positive
outcome because of it. You can choose to interpret events in a way that is DISEMPOWERING
(makes you feel resentful or guilty) or you can interpret them in a way that is EMPOWERING
by asking yourself:

It Is Natural to Feel Anxious
There’s a good chance that we’ve all experienced feelings of
anxiety in response to real or perceived threats at one time or
another. For most people, these feelings are normal as the brain
is hard-wired to caution you at times of danger, change and the
unknown.
In fact, in many situations, experiencing a certain level of anxiety
and stress can help boost your performance in specific tasks. For
instance, a person might experience a heightened level of anxiety
the days leading up to a public event and that’s a completely
normal reaction.
Psychologists believe that anxiety is your body’s natural response
to stress and that this stress triggers a system in the brain that
accentuates your performance. So, a little anxiety now and then
is okay and might be your body’s way of preparing for an
impending change

That Said, Not Every Anxious Feeling Is Normal
For some, these feelings can be all-consuming, impairing the
individual’s ability to enjoy life as they’d otherwise like to. For some, anxiety might treat their everyday events as life-or-death situations. It can become a disorder and that isn’t a good place to
be in. Fortunately, in most cases, there is always a way out. And one of the first steps to finding that way out is to dive into your mind and listen to what it might be trying to tell you.
It’s About Accepting Your Anxiety, Embracing and Understanding It Too
There is no shame in being anxious. And we would prefer not to have put this obvious point across (because it’s obvious and should ideally not need any re-affirmation). But sadly, because
of how this feeling can be trivialized and/or stigmatized, it’s important to let all those who experience anxiety know that they are not alone and by accepting it they’ll also be overcoming it.
This book is an attempt to throw some light on the much relevant topic. We’ve kept it short and brief because we don’t want to overload you with information but want to ease you into the expansive subject one book at a time.
In this book, we talk about 7 ways anxiety might be slowly eating
away your lives. We discuss:
1. Overthinking and obsessive thoughts
2. Lack of self-assurance and fear of judgment
3. Phobias and traumas
4. Workplace anxiety
5. Social anxiety
6. Eating disorder
7. Insomnia
On that note, we warmly welcome you to our book titled, 7 Ways Anxiety Might Be Slowly Eating Away Your Life.’ We’ve had an enriching experience putting together this meaningful book and hope you feel benefited by it.

Obesity is not merely indulging into overeating and having a bulky body. It is more like a gateway to severe health diseases. Obese people should not be ridiculed; rather they should be taken care off. Obesity is calculated according to the body mass index (BMI) of a person’s body. Dividing the weight of a person in pounds by the square of his height in meters we get the BMI calculated. If an individual’s BMI is 30 or above then he falls under the category of an obese. In this session, you will be learning about Judgements.
By judging ourselves we ignore the endless complexity of a situation. Judgments can be directed inwards to our own feelings and outwards to other people.
Judgement means we focus on only one half of the coin good or bad
Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.

Expanding the Comfort Zone
1. I am here to show you the good, the bad, and the ugly of the comfort zone.
Expanding your comfort zone will benefit you as a whole: physically and mentally.
2.
3. People are repeatedly telling each other to “get out of your comfort zone”. It
seems to be said so often and casually that the phrase has lost its quality. We
need to say this command with a knowledge of what a comfort zone actually is.
8. These intense feelings of anxiety are due to uncomfortable levels of uncertainty. Uncertainty
makes us more sensitive to negative experiences. If we continuously have negative experiences
during this feeling of uncertainty, we will link the two and it will prevent us from moving forward.
9.
10. Benefits of breaking out of this realm of routine include: motivation,
increasing your comfort zone, and help you grow as a person.
11. Increasing the amount of new experiences in our
lives increase the levels of dopamine in the brain.
12. Change up your routine. Do things differently and you will expand your
experiences. Expanding your experiences means becoming familiar with new
things. And familiarity is enjoyable, which results in enjoying more of life.
13. Making an indent on the couch is only going to help you find your favorite spot. It will not
help you discover yourself as a person. Branching out and attempting new things such as
swimming with whales, going to a movie alone can have you feel uneasy but when
completed, the feeling of accomplishment increases your confidence.
19. We must maintain a balance between security and comfort but with thrill and excitement
every now and then. Change up your routine. Do things different. Stop thinking someday.
