This document provides an executive summary of a report on the deposit and investment products and services of IBBL, an Islamic bank in Bangladesh. Executive Summary:
Our tropics is ’’ISLAMIS PRODUCT & SERVICE OF THE ISLAMIC BANK’’In this report
we described about Islamic concept about deposit & investment,available deposit & investment
product of IBBL,conditionsof deposit & investment of Bank& how they manage & deposit &
investment of money.To describe these we presented necessary table,grapics & figure of bank.
The first chapter shows history of IBBL,mission of the bank,vision of the bank,,strategic
objectives,branches of IBBL in Bangladesh by division of area,Corporate information at a glance
(As on July, 2016):,Structure of the organization so that the conceptsIBBL is an Islamic Bank
based on “Islamic Shariah” would be clear.
In second chapter is about definition of an Islamic Bank ,list of Islamic Banks in
Bangladesh,principles of Islamic Banking,objective of the bank,problem specific to Islamic
banking in Bangladesh so that we can easily get information about deposit & investment system
& faces certain problem in mordan time.
Third chapter is about,Islamic Products & Services of IBBLsuch asdeposit product investment
products,rural development scheme & service such as 'foreign exchange service locker
service,rural development Scheme,area of Investment of OBU such as import
finance/facility,export finance/facility,short term murabaha,project finance.Finally presented
conclusions.
