 Maintained pleadingindexing from the USPTO website for Trademark attorneys, prepared correspondence requesting

 Worked closely with Altour Travel Agency for receipt of travel itineraries and attached travel itinerary to calendar.
 Prepared legal binders with legal documents, sale agreements and various legal documents; prepared Table of
Contents and tabs to streamline documents.
 Updated a log of all real estate closings and filed the thumb drive in binders.
 Worked closely with EA’s from other offices located throughout the U.S. to provide conference call availability
with the executives and attorneys in company-wide meetings and video conference calls.
 Worked with IT Department to arrange video conference calls and reserving only the conference rooms that have
