Manage the start-up process and procedures for a new corporation that never had a Records Center previously.
Oversee the Records Center staff and assist them with creating new processes to implement company-wide.
Assist the Enterprise Content Management effort by creating process maps for various Business Units & editing the Retention
Schedule as needed per business record category & taxonomy.
Create procedures and assist Business Units to help them identify their company records & apply retention accordingly.
Manage approximately 50,000 active files that are checked in/out on a daily basis.
