Three Messages From Rime Of The Ancient Mariner Analysis
Three Messages From Rime
( An Analysis of Three Messages from Rime of the Ancient Mariner )
In the poem Rime of the Ancient Mariner an old man spots a young kid, and just knows that he
must talk to him and tell him his story. Various feelings, emotions and actions are expressed
throughout this old man s story, and for whatever reason the young boy not only hears but
completely listens to what the man has to say. After the man s story was done, there were three
messages that came form his story and were now passed onto to the young boy s mind. Three of the
messages that stuck out the most in this poem were, the definite distinction between the young and
the old, the next messages would be guilt, and lastly having a respect for nature would be the last of
the three messages that came about throughout this story.
Many things can make the distinction between the old and the young. For instance, as young
adults, or even young kids, it is often that we get discredited and dehumanized for all that we do
and of course because of the age that we are. Young people, have the reputation for being
immature and unknowledgeable. This for some reason is how it s been for ages. Now on the
other hand, elders or anyone i d say thirty and up are known as more knowledgeable and definitely
more mature. Simply because they have walked this earth far longer than the youngins. Older
people see the world and life differently than younger people do. It s

1.0 History of methyl mercury
The first organic mercury compounds were studied in the 1800s, with serious incidences of
methylmercury poisoning reported in 1865. Initial reports indicated a divergent symptoms
associated with methyl mercury poisoning. The symptoms include: loss of coordination, tunnel
vision, deafness, extremities, impaired speech and altered face sensation. Approximately a century
later, contrary to the decreased methylmercury effects, the clinical picture re emerged. Therefore,
development of more harm to human health was suspected. However, international agreement to
control pollution by mercury was not reached until 2009. According to the historical evaluations
made, the effects of methylmercury toxicity such as forgetfulness, lack of coordination affected
the research on environmental health (Bernhoft, R. 2011). In 1914, methylmercury developed a
commercial significance as it was used as a crop fungicide. However, the use of the fungicide
globally was accompanied by several incidences of food and workers

Consultation Proposal
This report is an IT consultant for a small advertising company called MilleniAds. In this
consultation I will go over the best hardware, software, networking and information security
options for the company. MilleniAds consists of 10 employees, each employees will need a laptop.
Hardware Requirements
Since the employees will be traveling I would recommend the Dell Latitude tablet/laptop, which
offers an Intel Core i5 and Intel Core i7 processor, Pentium DC with the 128 SSD and 4GB ram
apx. $700, Intel Core i3 with the 128 SSD and 4GB ram apx. $900 to the Intel Core i5 with the 256
SSD and 8GB Ram apx. $950. and can go up to a 1TB hard drive with a Micro SD port on the
back. Using the Dell laptop employees can work from anywhere and can ... Show more content on

Dropbox Business for a year is $20.00 a month / $240.00 a year. This will allow each member of
your team to get enough space to back up important information no matter the file size and allows
members to edit a presentation with teammates without emailing files back and forth. As for
purchasable software, there s the Microsoft Suite which includes, Outlook, Word, Power Point, One
Note, Access, and Publisher. This will cost $99.99 a year. The company should also purchase
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for the design team. For the sales team, CEO, designers, and
financial team I would recommend purchasing Office 365 Business.
Networking Requirements Since MelleniAds is a traveling graphic design company they would
need remote access, and user access but also secure means to access their systems. Bases on the
needs of MelleniAds, as well as the hardware/software requirements that I have looked at so far, I
recommend a client/server network setup. This would allow the companies data and resources to
be kept in a central location, so the administrators can keep a need to know for their employees
and can form groups and assign permissions. Client/Server networks also allow for devices/users to
be easily removed when they are not needed anymore.
When considering the Network Type I recommend a mix of both wired for the printers and
computers that will stay per mentally at the office, and

Strongest Personal Attribute
I think my strongest personal attribute is that I am hard working. I have always considered
myself to be a hard worker. I always do what I am told to do, especially when I am working.
Whenever my boss asks me to do something, I make sure to do it right away. I never talk back to
my boss or complain about the tasks that are assigned to me. I may not always want to do the
tasks my boss tells me to do, but I do them regardless. When my boss tells me to help my co
workers complete their tasks, I help them even though it is not my job. I am currently a waitress
at a bed and breakfast on the island called Sunset Resort. Whenever my boss asks me to help wash
dishes in the kitchen I get right to work, even though washing dishes is the dishwasher s

I Will Outweigh The High Cost Of College
Having an education is one of the best gifts someone can be given, and because of that I am
grateful for the education my parents have provided me. With more jobs requiring a high school
diploma or GED, the high school education I have received will help get me farther in life.
However, having a high school diploma isn t enough. Without a collegedegree, many doors will
still be closed and opportunities will pass by. I ll never be able to advance in my chosen career.
While the high costs of college are of great concern to me, I believe the future benefits will
outweigh the disadvantage of cost. Being thrown into the college life is a new experience that
will force me to mature. I ve always wanted to go to college to escape from my family and grow
up. The thought of living hundreds of miles away from my parents... Show more content on

At first, I thought a cheaper, public college would be a better choice as a school, but as I learned, a
more expensive private university would be better. My sister told me going to a private university
may be more expensive, but there would be more opportunities for gaining scholarships to
lessen the cost. To this day, I still don t know whether or not a public or private college would be
more beneficial for me, but I do know I ve become less worried about the cost. Despite all the
doubts I have, I know college will be beneficial for my life. Attending college will mature me into
an adult and cause me to shed my childhood. It will also teach me things I did not learn
previously. I will gain a college degree which will allow me to acquire a well paying job and benefit
my family and I in the future. Finally, despite the cost, I ll pay less with the help of scholarships I
gain. College is an experience I would hate to miss. No matter what happens and what hardships I
will have to endure, I wouldn t miss it for the

Essay On American Beauty
American Beauty is an iconic, memorable and enduring watch, directed flawlessly by Sam
Mendes. The film explores and somewhat criticizes and attacks the cherished societal beliefs and
institutions of the American Dream , depicting the obsessive nature of materialism and illustrating
the distortion of appearance versus reality. Many critics have scrutinized and developed further
these ideas, of which I have analysed two critical reviews from Brittany Deschler (1999) and
David Heuser. The critical analysis of American Beauty from Brittany Deschler explores the empty
promises of materialism and Carolyn s obsession with her image and possessions as well as
probing the theme of appearance versus reality and how each character confronts this at... Show

Carolyn has closed herself away from her family and fails to see any true beauty in life through
her materialistic values and appearance of success that is anything but, in stark contrast to Lester
who longs for a true connection with his family and discovers genuine beauty towards the end of
the film. The two reviews have shaped this understanding for me and particularly Heuser s
interpretation of the main characters have demonstrated the importance of looking closer , past
the false facades of others as nothing appears as it is first seen as first impressions often prove to
be false. This ideal of the American Dream status is mainly broken down by Lester as he truly
reveals himself because an individual s facade can be deceiving to who they really are. The
American Dream stereotype is centered around the importance of showing off success through
accumulation of material items as the primary

Oliver Twist Dialectical Journal
Chapter 1 The arrival of Oliver Twist was quite a depressing one and it seemed rather shocking
the type of treatment women who were not married received. Unmarried pregnant women seem
to be treated like debris, left on the street. I hope to see that women are treated more equally in
the later chapters. Chapter 2: The conditions Oliver Twist was in raising up were simply
horrifying. It is utterly terrible that Oliver was constantly hungry during the when he was in Mrs.
Mann s house and I can not believe how greedy Mrs. Mann was to take money that was supposed
to be for the children and use it for herself. The working conditions Oliver went through were
horrid and I hope they change their policy and actually feed their hardworking employees instead of

I can not believe he is actually going through this robbery with Bill Sikes. If I was Oliver I
would have ran away from Bill and hide away to find Mr. Brownlow or go to the police to

little innocent Oliver Twist must be feeling! Ouch I can not believe Oliver was just shot in the
arm! I wonder what went through his little head and how the pain felt when he got shot. I hope
Oliver won t bleed out and that they will free little Oliver and come to the conclusion that he s
useless. Chapter 23: Wow oh wow! Things are getting super spicy with the love life of Mr.
Bumble. I have to say I am very impressed that Mr. Bumble has time for such a scandalous
relationship with Mrs. Corney. Yet it seems as if Mrs. Corney is not totally in with Mr. Bumble
as he is to her. Chapter 24: What a turn of events! I am simply in despair and awe that we, the
readers, got to go back to Sally, the nurse who helped birthed Oliver. Wow I am so frustrated that

know about the gold necklace. Chapter

learning about the Clarkson School and my new goal was to become a better student. That being
said, I continued to struggle due to a home life that,at times, affected my ability to maintain my
focus and motivation. I registered for advanced placement classes and began to work harder in

Examples Of Conflict In Short Stories
TMA

The short story and Essay writing
Short stories are mainly written to grab the reader s attention and thus make them reflect and
become drawn into the story even more. So why is a short story important? They are important
and effective due to the fact that any reader can relate to the story or a particular character as they
can be universal. In this TMA I will be tracing the elements of conflicts within the three short
stories. These conflicts will consist of man vs man, man vs society and man vs nature. Furthermore,
I will talk about the internal and external conflicts in the stories in the following paragraphs.
There are many different types of conflicts within the short stories such as the man vs man in ...

Diary Of Anne Frank Questions And Answers
The Diary of Anne Frank Questions
Shaurya Bedi
Act I
If I were in Mr. Frank s place, I would want to burn the papers that Miep found. The papers were
reminding Mr. Frank about his children and wife after he had lost them. I would not want to keep
those memories because they would hurt me more than remind me. I would want to move on with
my life. If I kept the papers I would remember all the fun times I had, and if I burned them I would
lose the memories but continue on with my life.
The building that the Franks hid in was a good hiding spot because it is a tall building with many
stories. This helps to keep the hiders out of sight. Also, the building is ordinary so it doesn t attract
any attention. The building is not appealing in any way so no one would notice anything different
happening than in any other building. Also, it is hard to see through the windows because they are
very dim.
On page 718 everyone is paralyzed with fear because they hear the sound of feet marching on the
street outside. Mr. Frank was telling everyone about the schedule and when to stay quiet and then
they heard steps. They thought it was the people coming in for work so they stayed quiet to make
sure that no one could find them. Mr. Frank and Anne quietly look out the window trying to see
who it is and find that the people are passing by the building. They are relieved and Mr. Frank
starts talking again.

пЃ¶Introduction
The STAP s theory was published by Lawrence E. Brennan and Irving S. Reed in the early 1970s.
Space time adaptive processing (STAP) is a signal processing technique which is most commonly
used by radar systems. Radar signal processing benefits from STAP in areas where interference is a
problem (i.e. Ground clutter, jamming, etc.). It is very easy to find the target using this method.
STAP uses a two dimensional filtering technique using a phased array antenna with multiple spatial
channels. To implement STAP an antenna array is used, over a several pulse repetition intervals.
The output of this is a linear combination or weighted sum of the input signal.
Basic Concept of how it works
Here the signal is broadcasted all over. When it detects the object signal is sent back to the
antenna and this way the object is detected. It is same as the person speaks some words in well
and echo comes back with the same words. This way signal come back with some information
about the object. RADAR CLASSIFICATIONS
1. Classification based on specific functions
Primary Radar:
High frequency signals are transmitted toward the targets. The transmitted signal is reflected by the
target and then received by the same radar.

Pay for Performance Paper
The need to improve both the quality and the safety of health care in the United States is well
documented. Traditional strategies to stimulate improvement include regulation, measurement of
performance and subsequent feedback, and marketplace competition. Despite limited evidence,
public reporting of hospital quality data and pay for performance have emerged as two of the
most widely advocated strategies for accelerating quality improvement (Lindenauer, 2007). Quality
health care is very important to both physicians and patients because in essence everyone wants to
be in good health in order to live a long quality life. The United States has a lot of work to do on
providing its citizens with quality health care and one such innovation,... Show more content on

These payment structures have led to concerns about undersupply of needed services (Virtual
Mentor, 2006). The quality of health care is directly affected by the system costs. The cost of
health care has always been a major concern in the United States. With managed care systems
and pay for performance approaches cost does directly affect the quality. The major questions
that surround this issue is are physicians being paid fairly for their services, and are the services
deserving of the costs associated with it. These questions may not be fully answered to the
preference of those involved with health care. The cost of health care will always be a
debatable question but in essence there needs to be some type of commission that can fairly
determine cost of health care services so that all parties involved are compensated fairly. A
physician takes an oath to provide quality care to their patients no matter the cost but the
physician also deserves to be compensated fairly for the services they do provide. According to
the AMA, fair and ethical PFP programs are committed to improved patient care as their most
important mission. Evidence based quality of care measures, created by physicians across
appropriate specialties, is the measures used in the programs (AMA 2005). Principals of the

You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new
model that makes the existing model obsolete. by R. Buckminster Fuller, This quote means you
can t change the reality by fighting it. But you can change it by creating a better world for
yourself or someone else. This quote is true because you cannot go against the real world but you
can create a better world for yourself by trying and not giving up. For example Pollution, instead
of arguing with each other, people can make electric cars instead of cars that consume gas. The
dystopian novel, Ready player one, by Ernest Cline and the short story Harrison Bergeronby Kurt

The novel Ready Player One by Ernest Cline supports the quote by R. Buckminster Fuller because

Abstract
Funding by the government allows selected human beings to experience a world beyond the
atmosphere of earth. Some of mans greatest accomplishments have occurred in space, such as the
moon landing. Space travel not only provides the delightful experience, but it also helps us to
better our technology as the year s progress. Although these are positive aspects of space travel,
there are negative aspects that strongly linger, making space travel not so promising. As you may
know, funding for space travel has cost the people in our society a great deal of money. The
government has managed to put the U.S. in debt causing an economic domino effect on other
sectors of the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The problem is the U.S. doesn t have billions of dollars to throw around, so most of the money
used for space travel is budgeted into the U.S. deficit. This deficit affects all U.S. citizens through
taxes, interest rates, consumption, and investment. Society as a whole is affected tremendously
economically. Now when a natural disaster occurs all the money is tied up in the deficit, and
federal agencies battle over where the disaster relief money should come from. While all this
bickering is taking place within the government, millions of people could be in grave danger. Just
a couple of months ago America witnessed an event similar to this one involving Hurricane
Katrina. Government agencies took too long to aid the relief and hundreds of people died.
Government has been known for centuries to be very slow in decision making. If the Government
allocated money more efficiently then some of the nations financial problems could be solved. As
with any advancement of technology, the moon landing had both positive and negative aspects
associated with it. On the positive side, the moon landing paved the way for future space exploration
. The trip was a huge success for the forward movement of mankind. The capabilities of the lunar
module and other devices allowed scientists to determine the best designs and techniques for space
travel. Technologies used in space from past explorations are being used on Earth;

The Consequences of Responsibility in Dubliners
James Joyce wrote a book of stories called Dubliners discussing different people s lives in
Dublin. In writing these stories, Joyce tries to portray in the characters a sense of sadness and

Mr. Mein looked out of the window; it was raining that did not help his nervousness. We have to

Individualism In Rocket Boys And The Glass Castle
Individualism. Like all memoirs and novels, Rocket Boys and The Glass Castle present a lesson
that one may choose to live by. In this case, individualism is an evident factor that relates to both
Jeannette s and Sonny s stories. That is, both protagonists displayed the idea of disregarding their
father s wishes for their future and just going for their own.
In The Glass Castle, despite her father s hope to raise Jeannette until he felt he was ready to let
go, Jeannette made a life changing decision to settle in New York City. There she was able to live
her own life away from the constant bickering between her parents. Before then, Jeannette was
indeed showing signs of being independent such as constructing her own set of braces (Walls 201).
However, it wasn t until she physically moved out that it was clear she had become her own person.
For example, the day Jeannette had presented her father with a Christmas present. As her mom had

The Mountains Are Known For Cutting Through The Landscape...
The mountains are known for cutting through the landscape like glaciers. The Kancamagus
Highway, or The Fearless One cuts through Lincoln, New Hampshire to Conway, New
Hampshire. Rich in history as well winding roads, and mammoth mountains are often traveled by
the fearless, and adventurous traveler. For some, the stumble upon this great beauty is minute and
not appreciated, but for others the venture is a state of mind and continues to inspire long after
the visit concluded. The Kancamagus Highway evokes the emotion of nostalgia. Entering the
area I first noticed the mountains, covered in rugs of green, gold, ember red, and burning orange
trees. The mountains were the spines of the land, holding together the whole landscape. Off to a
distance shining white pyramids could be seen. The tops of the mountains soared up to the sky
and to the heavens as to kiss the stars with the cold peaks. I was just a quiet, minute observer of
there glorious range. They stood ghost like, and the only thing bigger then these slumbering giants
was my gaze when taking them in. As I turn from the outlook, leaving the booming mountains to
my back I notice the trees. Making up this glowing landscape were the burning leaves of the treas.
The canopy of color burned with high intensity. Each leaf was chattering in the wind making up
faint rustling, perhaps to keep the forests secret below. Nature s sympathy was conducting itself is
a small crescendo. The trees were tall enough to pain the sky

Stereotypes Of Women In Video Games
Throughout the years, society has become more accepting of diverse topics and ideas. As society
continues to evolve, numerous entertainments have turned to displaying a greater amount of
minority groups. Although movies and television shows are rapidly progressing towards this trend,
video games seem to be cautiously starting to accept these ideas. Most of the advertising in video
games are promoted towards the male population. Despite the fact men have previously been the
dominant demographic in this type of entertainment, women have increasingly become a major part
of the video gameaudience. In creating video games in which portray the opposite genderin a
realistic way is beneficial to not only the female players but also to the male. It is important to
promote the creation of gender appropriate video games due to it decreasing the amount of
sexualization and violence against women which assists in women s self confidence and men s

I. Problem Definition
1) Background Information In South Korea, social demand for normalization of public education
and the burden of private education expenses has been constantly demanding for decades. Recently,
government enacted the гЂЊSpecial Act on the Promotion of Normalization of Public Education
and Regulation of Prior EducationгЂЌ. Education policies such as normalization of public
education have been promoted for a long time. The major reason for the enactment of such a
regulatory law is that Korean society is intensifying competition in education system with the
overheated educational passion of the older generation. Such an indiscriminate competition in
education has led to the expansion of private tutoring to the extent of ... Show more content on

2) Solutions
a. Problem solving through improvement of the public education system To prevent prior learning,
it is need to increase public school hours. Currently, public education in Korea lacks absolute study
time in school compared to OECD advanced countries. Expanding the current after school system to
increase elementary school education time gradually reduces the amount of time spent on private
education and attracts students into the public education framework. It is the purpose of gradual
eradication of private education prior learning by changing the structure of the current public
education system.
b. To solve problems by supplementing the bill Any law must be supplemented at the beginning of
enforcement. Excessive regulation at unnecessary levels should be relaxed and establish standards
such as penalty clauses that are effective. The current law is not effective because the punishment
clause is weak and the subject of accusation is unclear. The introduction of a reward system will be
a viable solution to this.
c. Solve problems through changes in educational climate Educational climate is a very important
factor in education. Korea traditionally acknowledged the authority of the teacher and gave it many
powers. However, the current educational climate is such that teachers are not allowed to take
responsibility without permission. Efforts to reduce the number of students per teacher and

Threats
Some threats can adversely affect the business of Sears Holdings Corporation. The most prominent
risk faced by Sears Holding Corporation is the competition among the local, national and
international retail companies. Top three competitors of the group are J.C Penney Corporation
Inc., Target Corporation and Wal Mart Stores Inc. (Hoovers, 2011). The retail business is a cut
throat competition. The market players have a multitude of companies across various states and
around the globe. Moreover, many companies are merging and becoming large entities. If any
merger of the magnitude equal to Sears can have an impact on the market position and share of
the Sears Holdings Corporation Sear s revenue growth will likely be affected. The housing market
crisis, as well as the increased food and utility prices, change the buying power of the people by
leaving the consumers with less disposable income. At that point, the lowest pay permitted by law
rate set by the US government has expanded the work expenses of the organizations worked in the
United States which has, thus, developed their costs of operating together in the business sectors
(Insley, 2011).

Oxidative Stress

Oxidative stress occurs when there is an abnormal balance between nonspecific oxidation reactions,
and the body s ability to counteract them. A nonspecific oxidation reaction refers to one that
involves free radicals reacting in a disorderly fashion with other molecules. Free radicals are highly
reactive molecules that can cause cellular damage, targeting that of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins
and nucleic acids. Free radicals within the body can lead to fragmentation of proteins causing them
to have an abnormal function, oxidize polysaturated lipids at their double bond causing disruption
in the membrane function, and cause mutations in DNA. Antioxidants react directly with free
radicals in the body to render them inactive. Some antioxidant... Show more content on

The Idiot Book Analysis
Kurosawa s three hour adaptation of The Idiot by Fyodor Dostoyevsky, a complicated four part
novel, had to cut out, simplify, and change the original work in order to adapt it to film. However,
looking at the specific changes Kurosawa made, specifically towards the end of his film, it is clear
that the changes he made weren t merely for the sake of time. Although Kurosawa s modifications
might seem random, changes like the bedroom being hot in the book as compared to cold in the
movie, eliminating the wedding scene entirely, and most tellingly having Ayako call herself an idiot
with the last words of the movie dramatically narrow the argument in the story of The Idiot. While
one of the central themes of the original novel was the main character s, Myshkin, Russian
Orthodox Christianity, Kurosawa cut it out entirely and instead moved the focus of his movie onto
the definition of idiocy.
Taken at first glance, the ending to the novel seems more suspenseful, but when examined closer
the movie is just as thrilling as the novel. As Myshkin and Rogozhin lie in bedroom beside
Nastasya s corpse, the room is sweltering. This clearly uncomfortable situation parallels the
unsettling feeling that Dostoevsky desires readers to have with Myshkin comforting Rogozhin.
Although this course of action is the natural conclusion to Myshkin s professed Christianity,
readers are more likely to extend Nastasya pity and compassion, and refrain from giving it to her
murderer. As Kurosawa

What Are The Pros And Cons Of Voting System
In the United States, the bastion of democracy, all is not right with its voting system. Election
after election voters are left dissatisfied. Voters feel like they are stuck choosing between the lesser
of two evils, instead of who they want to govern. This is not because of some giant collusion
between the rich or the illuminati to put who they want in power. It is the result of our voting
methods that create a two party system. Elections in America are marked by polarization,
gerrymandering, unfair representation, negative campaigns, and limited choice. There has to be a
way to make American elections better. Some believe that this way is ranked choice voting.
The process of ranked choice voting is simple. On election day, voters put the ... Show more content

Simply put, gerrymandering is the act of politicians meddling in the redrawing of legislative
districts to help their party and friends, and hurt the other party and their enemies (FairVote). Our
current, winner take all, voting system allows the gerrymandering we see today. In 2013,
Republican candidates for the New Jersey assembly won 51% of the vote, but only 32 (40%) of
80 seats. In 2014, Democratic U.S. House candidates won 57% of votes in California s 53 U.S.
House races, but 74% of seats (FairVote). The two most common methods used to gerrymander
districts are cracking and packing. Cracking is reducing the chance of an opponent winning by
splitting up their voters into several districts, ensuring that they never reach a plurality in any
district. Packing buts all of the opposing party s voters into one district, ensuring that they will win
a maximum of one district (Portland Press). Ranked choice voting has two ways it attacks

Ancient Egypt And The Egyptian Empire
Have you ever wondered how Ancient Egypt helped shape the world today? Ancient Egyptians
were a group of folks who were heavily influenced by religion. They feared dying anywhere but
Egypt. The Egyptian Empire held a fascinating and very distinctive culture. Being one of the world
s most advanced cultures and creating tons of wealth is what separated them from everybody else.
Between the outstanding artwork, teaching methods, and amazing pyramids is what helped their
society advance altogether. No other civilization of the ancient world history had such a popular
appeal and none as important as human society and its organization. Egyptianshave made great
steps in shaping the world we all know today, which have made studying their culture and society
easier than some previous historical eras.
First and foremost, Ancient Egypt was structured in the form of a pyramid. The top of the
pyramid of course was the gods. These gods included Ra, Osiris, and Iris, and according to the
people of Egypt, these gods controlled almost the entire earth. Leaders in Egypt were called
pharaohs so they were believed to be Gods in human form which is amazing. The ruler in status
were powerful nobles and priests. Only nobles could hold government posts and in those positions
they profited from tributes paid to the pharaoh. Priests were responsible for pleasing the gods.

INTRODUCTION: An exoskeleton suit is designed to grant support, aid and defense for the human
body. Starting from these main functions researchers create robotic suits by combining several
technologies for military use to help soldiers with a bit of super human strength, medical exosuits
are the one which augments the human strength and speed ,and exoskeleton suits that offer hope
for paralyzed persons. This is achieved by providing feedback to the various joints of the upper limb
which include the wrist, elbow and shoulder. When in use, the device itself may be grounded, in

  • 2. Three Messages From Rime Of The Ancient Mariner Analysis Three Messages From Rime ( An Analysis of Three Messages from Rime of the Ancient Mariner ) In the poem Rime of the Ancient Mariner an old man spots a young kid, and just knows that he must talk to him and tell him his story. Various feelings, emotions and actions are expressed throughout this old man s story, and for whatever reason the young boy not only hears but completely listens to what the man has to say. After the man s story was done, there were three messages that came form his story and were now passed onto to the young boy s mind. Three of the messages that stuck out the most in this poem were, the definite distinction between the young and the old, the next messages would be guilt, and lastly having a respect for nature would be the last of the three messages that came about throughout this story. Many things can make the distinction between the old and the young. For instance, as young adults, or even young kids, it is often that we get discredited and dehumanized for all that we do and of course because of the age that we are. Young people, have the reputation for being immature and unknowledgeable. This for some reason is how it s been for ages. Now on the other hand, elders or anyone i d say thirty and up are known as more knowledgeable and definitely more mature. Simply because they have walked this earth far longer than the youngins. Older people see the world and life differently than younger people do. It s ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Initial reports indicated a divergent symptoms associated with methyl mercury poisoning. The symptoms include: loss of coordination, tunnel vision, deafness, extremities, impaired speech and altered face sensation. Approximately a century later, contrary to the decreased methylmercury effects, the clinical picture re emerged. Therefore, development of more harm to human health was suspected. However, international agreement to control pollution by mercury was not reached until 2009. According to the historical evaluations made, the effects of methylmercury toxicity such as forgetfulness, lack of coordination affected the research on environmental health (Bernhoft, R. 2011). In 1914, methylmercury developed a commercial significance as it was used as a crop fungicide. However, the use of the fungicide globally was accompanied by several incidences of food and workers ... In this consultation I will go over the best hardware, software, networking and information security options for the company. MilleniAds consists of 10 employees, each employees will need a laptop. This will allow each member of your team to get enough space to back up important information no matter the file size and allows members to edit a presentation with teammates without emailing files back and forth. As for purchasable software, there s the Microsoft Suite which includes, Outlook, Word, Power Point, One Note, Access, and Publisher. This will cost $99.99 a year. The company should also purchase Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for the design team. For the sales team, CEO, designers, and financial team I would recommend purchasing Office 365 Business. Networking Requirements Since MelleniAds is a traveling graphic design company they would need remote access, and user access but also secure means to access their systems. Bases on the needs of MelleniAds, as well as the hardware/software requirements that I have looked at so far, I recommend a client/server network setup. This would allow the companies data and resources to be kept in a central location, so the administrators can keep a need to know for their employees and can form groups and assign permissions. Client/Server networks also allow for devices/users to be easily removed when they are not needed anymore. When considering the Network Type I recommend a mix of both wired for the printers and computers that will stay per mentally at the office, and ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

I always do what I am told to do, especially when I am working. Whenever my boss asks me to do something, I make sure to do it right away. I never talk back to my boss or complain about the tasks that are assigned to me. I may not always want to do the tasks my boss tells me to do, but I do them regardless. When my boss tells me to help my co workers complete their tasks, I help them even though it is not my job. I am currently a waitress at a bed and breakfast on the island called Sunset Resort. To this day, I still don t know whether or not a public or private college would be more beneficial for me, but I do know I ve become less worried about the cost. The film explores and somewhat criticizes and attacks the cherished societal beliefs and institutions of the American Dream , depicting the obsessive nature of materialism and illustrating the distortion of appearance versus reality. Many critics have scrutinized and developed further these ideas, of which I have analysed two critical reviews from Brittany Deschler (1999) and David Heuser. Brennan and Irving S. Reed in the early 1970s. Space time adaptive processing (STAP) is a signal processing technique which is most commonly used by radar systems. Radar signal processing benefits from STAP in areas where interference is a problem (i.e. Ground clutter, jamming, etc.). It is very easy to find the target using this method. STAP uses a two dimensional filtering technique using a phased array antenna with multiple spatial channels. To implement STAP an antenna array is used, over a several pulse repetition intervals. The output of this is a linear combination or weighted sum of the input signal. Basic Concept of how it works Here the signal is broadcasted all over. When it detects the object signal is sent back to the antenna and this way the object is detected. It is same as the person speaks some words in well and echo comes back with the same words. This way signal come back with some information about the object. RADAR CLASSIFICATIONS 1. The major questions that surround this issue is are physicians being paid fairly for their services, and are the services deserving of the costs associated with it. These questions may not be fully answered to the preference of those involved with health care. The cost of health care will always be a debatable question but in essence there needs to be some type of commission that can fairly determine cost of health care services so that all parties involved are compensated fairly. A physician takes an oath to provide quality care to their patients no matter the cost but the physician also deserves to be compensated fairly for the services they do provide. According to the AMA, fair and ethical PFP programs are committed to improved patient care as their most important mission. Yet the questions remains as to what truly drives voters to go to the polls every four years. American s face many issues in this election; however, the issue I m going to focus on boils down to one simple thing: EPA Regulation and coal. Coal has been seen as a main source of energy in multiple states such as Kentucky, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. • 31. The Idiot Book Analysis Kurosawa s three hour adaptation of The Idiot by Fyodor Dostoyevsky, a complicated four part novel, had to cut out, simplify, and change the original work in order to adapt it to film. However, looking at the specific changes Kurosawa made, specifically towards the end of his film, it is clear that the changes he made weren t merely for the sake of time. Although Kurosawa s modifications might seem random, changes like the bedroom being hot in the book as compared to cold in the movie, eliminating the wedding scene entirely, and most tellingly having Ayako call herself an idiot with the last words of the movie dramatically narrow the argument in the story of The Idiot. While one of the central themes of the original novel was the main character s, Myshkin, Russian Orthodox Christianity, Kurosawa cut it out entirely and instead moved the focus of his movie onto the definition of idiocy. Taken at first glance, the ending to the novel seems more suspenseful, but when examined closer the movie is just as thrilling as the novel. As Myshkin and Rogozhin lie in bedroom beside Nastasya s corpse, the room is sweltering. This clearly uncomfortable situation parallels the unsettling feeling that Dostoevsky desires readers to have with Myshkin comforting Rogozhin. Although this course of action is the natural conclusion to Myshkin s professed Christianity, readers are more likely to extend Nastasya pity and compassion, and refrain from giving it to her murderer. Voters feel like they are stuck choosing between the lesser of two evils, instead of who they want to govern. This is not because of some giant collusion between the rich or the illuminati to put who they want in power. It is the result of our voting methods that create a two party system. Elections in America are marked by polarization, gerrymandering, unfair representation, negative campaigns, and limited choice. There has to be a way to make American elections better. Simply put, gerrymandering is the act of politicians meddling in the redrawing of legislative districts to help their party and friends, and hurt the other party and their enemies (FairVote). Our current, winner take all, voting system allows the gerrymandering we see today. In 2013, Republican candidates for the New Jersey assembly won 51% of the vote, but only 32 (40%) of 80 seats. In 2014, Democratic U.S. House candidates won 57% of votes in California s 53 U.S. House races, but 74% of seats (FairVote). The two most common methods used to gerrymander districts are cracking and packing. Cracking is reducing the chance of an opponent winning by splitting up their voters into several districts, ensuring that they never reach a plurality in any district. Packing buts all of the opposing party s voters into one district, ensuring that they will win a maximum of one district (Portland Press). Ranked choice voting has two ways it attacks ...
