The Law Society and Aboriginal Legal Services of Toronto will host a panel discussion and reception in celebration of National Aboriginal History Month. The panel, moderated by Bencher Susan Hare, will discuss Aboriginal Children in Care and the implications for Aboriginal families and the legal profession. Panelists will include representatives from First Nations Child & Family Caring Society of Canada, a law firm, Native Child and Family Services of Toronto, and Aboriginal Legal Services of Toronto. The event will be held on June 20, 2013 in Toronto and will also be webcast live.
