Eric Zhi Feng Liu, Chun Hung Lin
             9 May 2008
               presented by: Bernadine Jacinto
ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS:

- Can educational games improve student learning?

- Are there evaluative indicators that can help teachers or
parents select games that are suitable for their students or
children, respectively?
entertain change enable skill
             instruct
                         attitudes development

The efficacy of student learning can be
     improved by designing educational
       computer games appropriately

     EDUCATIONAL GAMES =
     PRACTICE + MOTIVATION
Different elements come in to play
  when we talk about educational
     computer games. What is
  important is that these elements
       go together to create a
challenging, interesting, and user-
friendly environment because it is
 this environment that determines
the educational effectiveness of a
                game.
