Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel you have
learnt in the progression from it to the full product?

I feel that I have gained a huge amount of knowledge and
experience since my preliminary task.

Since then I have come to terms with a whole new software
(Adobe Premiere Pro CS6), learnt how to put various camera
angles into practise, e.g. tilt, zoom out, close up, extreme close up,
etc.
Furthermore, I have learnt how to arrange and structure the
sequence of clips within a film, in addition to the order of the cast
list, which I had not previously had the knowledge to do.

Also, I have gained more understanding of how to depict the story
of a film through an opening title sequence (which I clearly had no
experience in doing before now), I know now that there are key
elements which are needed to compose a decent narrative, such
as enigma, a strong and clear ideology/concept behind it and a
clear sense of a particular atmosphere.

MoreoverI learnt that it is important to be ‘dramatic’, in the sense of
having a professional appearance through consistency with
lighting, sounds, general camerawork and editing techniques.
