Our film represents social groups in a way that is conventional for the psychological thriller genre. There is a male killer antagonist and detectives trying to catch him, following the patterns seen in films like "Silence of the Lambs" and "Gone Girl". Teenagers of both sexes are killed off one by one, as often happens in horror and thriller films. The antagonist dresses all in black with a white shirt, representing death and darkness as villains traditionally do in films, while the posh white shirt suggests he is intelligent and calculating. A knife rather than a gun is used as the weapon to support the stereotype of horror killers and appear more menacing.
